The price depends on how many guests
Yes, as far as I know!
Honestly im not sure. You can call them. I'm sure someone could answer that.
Yes
My favorite chain Mexican restaurant to eat in Tyler TX,. Service is usually on point! Today was one of those days! They were keeping things clean and spaced out! Highly recommend!!
Always a great place to eat. ANDThere salsa is so much better than jalapeno tree !!!
This is the best Mexican food that I’ve ever had! The customer service is through the roof and the food is delicious!!
Was not good at all. For $30 for 2 enchilada plates it should of been outstanding! Not impressed.
Family members had wanted to eat at Mercado's; I knew it would be hectic being on a week-end...parking problems, long wait, etc., but always enjoy Mercado's and the colorful decor and the wonderful atmosphere. We all enjoyed our food...had enchilada dinners, cheese enchiladas, queso dip, chicken strips....was delicious...great taste and quality. Loved the cheese enchiladas! Little ones were anxious for the ice cream afterward! But I must say that one of the best assets for Mercado's was our server, Brett! Absolutely superb and outstanding! I wish I could give 10 stars just for him. Brett was very nice, friendly, was happy, smiling, displayed and showed a wonderful personality, had great customer relations, and perfect customer service (the proper kind that is rarely found anymore). Not only did we have great food, but Brett was responsible for us having such a delightful dining experience.
Always enjoyed this place. Service is usually pretty good and the food ain't bad. Nothing thrilling unless you love ice cream, they have soft serve free. Good drink specials and lunch specials. I usually get the chimichangas.
Everything was great. The waitress was new for sure but I'm sure she'll be fine
Mercados is a staple of Tyler and I remember the first time I ever ate here. I couldn't get over it. Well while the fajitas are tender, I am more than over it. In the last 4 years they've had two menu changes an the last one is not for the better. No more free sopapillas, no more fajitas for 2. The prices have gone up. The service was good but also we went on super bowl Sunday at 5p,so they were not busy. Needless to say the food was good, but for the price we could have gone to a number of other places. The fajitas in the pic 18.99. This place no longer stands out an that is just sad.
Really good atmosphere, really great food and great service. My family of 5 went and we ate really well for a good price.
The food is great and so much better/more generous then sister company pasados.
Service was excellent..food was ok, have had better.had chicken burrito, was bland, chicken had no flavor, rice was good..queso was good..
Very good tex mex food, probably one of the best in town.
The food has gotten better the last two visits. Keep up the good work in the kitchen.
Social distancing was great and the food was delicious...well worth the wait👍
Well I ordered the regular fiesta nachos, so I thought, but end up getting the primo fiesta nachos, unknowingly. The waiter didn't communicate with me about the difference between the two. I probably didn't ask enough questions. But they were good. I had a strawberry daquerie that was very delicious and my cousin Shawn, who works there, made it for me. I definitely would go back.
Very good food. Everything we tried was great. Big deal to me is the quality of chips and salsa, which I feel like they nailed. Chips are light and crispy. Kids eat free on Mondays, always love that. The free soft serve ice cream at the end of your meal is a nice little touch. We’ll be returning every time we visit the area.
Food was phenomenal Love to eat there when I come to tyler
First time there. The food was really good. The rice was the best i had in a long time
Great food and atmosphere! The wait staff was terrific! Would definitely go back!
Good food, beef was tender, margaritas were not the best though
Food and service was excellent. I do recommend the Chalupa's!
Average tex mex, w/ low quality ingredients, and priced a lil too high imo.
Simply the best Tex-Mex in this part of the world ( well at least in East Texas)
If you haven't tried Mercado's you simply must! Some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten! They are a tad expensive but it's totally worth every penny!, I promise!
Food was good just too much onions on everything. My fault cause I didn't ask. Had a great waiter, took very good care of us. I'm from out of town. I'll be back again next year.
Great salsa! Loved the grilled vegetables option as a side with the fajitas. The melted garlic butter they serve with fajitas ... oh my! Kind of pricey, but a great dining experience.
Food was phenomenal, restaurant had a great atmosphere. We will be back
I have been there 2 times, and so far I've been very pleased both times the service has been wonderful and the food has been very great and delicious.
Lots of options of great food, unique decor, and a patient wait staff that creates a lively atmosphere. Plus, once you're full from food, there is an ice cream machine full of soft serve!
Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Our waitress was slow to take our drink and food orders. We would have to flag her down. Other than her, food was great
Our favorite place to eat Mexican food. Went twice this week. Always great food and service. Customers for life.
Good good but way to expensive!! Lunch menu offered no good deals. My bill came to almost $50.00 for lunch fajitas for 2...cannot recommend because while food was good, the prices left me most unhappy
Unique decor and delicious food at fair prices! We were so full we had to take half our food home. And the margaritas are huge and tasty.
Back in the 90s when I was traveling on and in Tyler Texas I always made sure I had lunch or dinner at Mercado's ... I thought it was the best Mexican food ever and yesterday had lunch there again after all of these years... Guess what?... It hasn't changed! The service was impeccable... And the atmosphere very fun... As far as the food goes I suggest you try it...😊
Drive 5:30 to get here always one of the best parts of a trip to Canton and the best Mexican food you can eat in Texas
Mexicali flavor. Very friendly staff. Yummy food. The ambiance is very fun and spacious. The tortilla, butter and honey is delicious. Salsa and chips are addicting.
Absolutely horrible experience!! I placed a to go order and it went TERRIBLY WRONG!To start they didn't put the lids on the soup so it proceeded to spill all over me and my car. Then when I requested a replacement I was not given everything, nor an apology or anything else to try and make it right.I asked the manager and he suspiciously just disappeared into the back. I received a tiny cup of soup but no replacements for the other 4 things ruined in the bag. When I requested the replacements everyone again just disappeared. While waiting inside trying to get the situation rectified not a single person asked how I was doing, if I needed anything or any resemblance of customer service. Then when we got home with our order a large portion was still missing and overall the food was below marginal!!!!Needless to say I WILL NOT be recommending this place based on the bad service and food!!I support local but not this one. IT NEEDS TO CLOSE!!!
First trip here..Will be back great food and service.
One of my favorites for Mexican food. Friendly service and fantastic food.
Mercado's is still one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants around. The food is always excellent and I love that their hot sauce has a little spice, unlike most Tex-Mex restaurants these daysTheir fajitas are usually tender and juicy and I love their enchiladas. I only wish they offered a guacamole cream sauce, like a couple of other places in town do
Moved away 15 years ago & we would say it's even better now! Really good!
Excellent food and great service. I always get beef and shrimp fajitas.
Christian was an amazing server ty for the awsome experience in this time during the covid
This was my first time here in Feb. 2020 and I know they have been here for a while now. But their reputation is well deserved! Great food and good, friendly service.
Food was great, service was quick, waiter and management displayed excellent customer service, and the overall experience was exceptional! Thank you Mercado's in Tyler... today is a tough day for us but our family time there made it a little easier!
The food wasn't the same. It tasted nasty ...street tacos tortillas were hard and tortillas cold. Chile Relleno not well cooked tasted raw. Tortilla soup way too salty
I got the chipotle chicken plate. The food was wonderful and come quickly for as many people were there. We are from out of town and came on a suggestion from a friend. We didnt have to wait veryblong for a party of seven and was pleasantly surprised to already have chips and salsa waiting on the table. Definitely worth the stop.
This has always been an amazing experience. An awesome place to eat and dine out.Been eating there for over 20 years, and never had a complaint one.The only problem now is due to Covid-19, which is a problem every where, now that the Socialist determine to destroy Trump. But they have had to eliminate the free ice cream. I'm sure due to, way to many hands being in, and around the machine. Very understandable.
